Himalayan Pink Salt

Himalayan Pink Salt is harvested from ancient sea salt deposits deep in the Himalayan Mountains. It is highly prized for its beautiful, deep salmon hues and complex mineral content which creates the distinctive colour of the crystals.

Atlantic Fleur De Sel

Fleur de sel (Flower of salt) are small flakes that form on the surface of the water and are considered the cream of the sea pan . It is harvested by hand and is sun- dried without any further processing. The results are fine, moist crystals, perfect as a finishing salt on the table.

This natural, hand-harvested sea salt has been artisanally smoked using oak wood. Its smoky flavour and aroma is perfect for seasoning meats for the barbecue. It can also be used as a finishing salt, to add smokiness to any dish.

Dead Sea Salt
