An herbacious belend of dried herbs and spices from the famed Argentinian Chimichurri sauce. Add a splasg of olive oil and lemon juice to create a scrumptious marinade for any meat. Allow meat to rest for an hour or two, before barbecuing or grilling to your liking.

Caribbean Jerk
This aromatic spice mix is synonymous with the fiery flavours of Jamaican- style- cooking. Simplu dry rub the jerk spice onto your chosen meat or poultry and cook over open coals or on a hot skillet. The warm unique flavours of all spice, cinnamon and chillies work best with chicken or pork.

Louisiana Cajun

Arabian Za'atar
A middle Eastern blend of herbs, ground sumac and roasted sesame seeds, it brings a delicious nutty, earthy flavour. This versatile spice can be mixed with olice oil to be used as a dip for pita breads or as a topping for the breads. Za'atar may also be used to encrust meats or vegetables such as eggplant, zucchini, carrots and parsnips before grilling or roasting.
