Herbal Botanical Infusions

After the gin infusion, prepare a cocktail with tonic water and ice, garnished with a slice of fresh lemon or lime.

INGREDIENTS: Juniper Berries; Hibiscus; Rosemary; Lavender

Pink Pepper Corns

After infusion, this gin is best enjoyed “Martini style” with a whole olive garnishing. 

INGREDIENTS: Pink Peppercorn

Warm & Spicy Infusion

Infuse gin by adding a spice blend with slices of lemon and orange, simple syrup, and mint leaves. Enjoy with ice. 

INGREDIENTS: Cinnamon; Lemon Rind; Orange Rind; Cloves; Black Peppercorns; Star Anise; Ginger; Vanilla Flavour

Thyme

After infusion, this gin is best served on ice with soda water or lemonage and a handful of fresh berries.

Ginger & Citrus

After the infusion, prepare a cocktail with orange juice, topped with sparkling wine to create a delicious mimosa, and garnish with fresh mint. 

INGREDIENTS: Lemon Rind; Orange Rind; Ginger; Mint.

Rosemary

After the infusion, prepare a cocktail, serve over ice with tonic water, and grnish with a sprig of rosemary or a few slices of cucumber and pink peppercorns.

Gin Fizz

After gin infusion, prepare your cocktail by mixing gin, pink lemonade, crushed basil leaves and a slice of lemon over ice.

Cinnamon

After infusion, this gin is best enjoyed with slices of fresh orange or grapefruit and topped with tonic water.
